Sent Wrong Items and will not Return Call

I requested two tubes for my printer plus they delivered two, however they were to get a different printer than what I told them-and the things they stated they'd deliver. About the bill, the telephone number they've on the website is clearly to get a fax number so when I seemed it-up online and got the amount, it would go to voice-mail each time plus they do not call-back.
