My aged dad responded the phone call and unsuspectingly answered their concerns. The following month I obtained a $7 expenses for calls from Bay Area to Sacramento (2 hours drive). I submitted grievances using the Better Business Office, California Public Utilities Commission, National Communication Fee, DoN't Call Registry, and below... I do want to view them burn.
They claim to assist the Asian community, they're truly Asians preying about the aged Asian community.
