Hello there. I am a customer of Extra space storage and have been for 13 years. I just got a fee increase without my knowing it. My check was sent back and I was told the new rates. I sent it back, and have just been informed I have to pay an extra 90.00 because it will be one day late. I am a handicapped senior citizen on a fixed income and feel this is not my fault, as I always get the rent in on time for 13 years.
Can you do something about this?
