Please consider this message with high priority and responsibility as it's expected from big company like Samsung
I've exposed to danger situation while I was charging my Samsung Galaxy S4.
Since the purchased date, I've noticed that the battery is coming very hot after little time of charging (even before completion of charging cycle)
Yesterday early morning on 14th Oct, 2013 around 3:15 the mobile was charging about around 20-30 min's beside me when I just came to sleep and suddenly I've heard very high sound (like fireworks sound), the battery fall down after it's size increased, it was burning and GAZ came out rapidly cover over all the room.
Thanks God that nothing happened to me or to my life/my family where I wasn't still slept well.
I'm raising this big question to your side, who is responsible for such danger situation and how the customer will trust your products.
The case already reported to Samsung customer support today morning and until now no feedback!!!
I'm sending this urgent complaint to Samsung representative before I'm going to other channels, I need legal investigation to support the customer rights
Hence, I'll be waiting for quick feedback and urgent action from your side in this regards.
