When my father had cable installed in November of he was told that he would get a gift card. He was told that he would be receiving a post card in the mail with a redemption code to apply for the card. It is now August and that post card has never been received. I have written a letter to the corporate office and have written to twcable. [email protected] and have attached that letter to the email. I guess my next step is the FCC or the BBB.
