Hello Barbara, I appreciate your time in this matter, however, I am very disapointed in it taking what 6 months... Are you kidding me, no other rebate offer takes that long, no matter what the situation is... How can this possibly be okay with your company, so it won't be mailed for another week and a half. And then take another week to get here, your not serious..? I know this isn't your fault but I am not satisfied. Has this happened to everyone or JUST ME??? Either way I am not happy at all... Someone needs to be held accountable... 90 days does not equal to 6 months... And 90 days is not acceptable either... If I didn't want to go thru the trouble right now to switch my service in everyway... I would to anything but Time Warner Cable... in all my experience of Services rendered I have never been treated so badly.
