This morning i called leslie's to see if they had a product i needed. When asked if they had it in stock they replied "yes" for now. I explained i would be traveling from another state and did not want to make the trip unless i was able to obtain the merchandise.
When I arrived at the store not one sales rep offered to assist us We found the item on our own and were literally pushed aside when a sales rep was trying to get to the same section of the display as we were. We were literally pushed aside (after traveling for over 20 miles). We decided at that time not to make a purchase and leave. I said to my family that it was very rude of that rep and the two young gentleman at the counter joined in by saying "he was helping a customer": what was I a lawn ornament? The whole experience was embarassing. NO ONE SHOULD PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE and to think i was about to spend my hard earned money there. I hope the gentleman they were so concerned about bought something.
