FedEx, the appointed dispatch agent for Eurail Company, declined to compensate me the full amount for the 2 sets of Eurail passes I bought online from Eurail Company, even though they admitted that the fault was on their side. Worst of all, FedEx was not able to provide the signed-off delivery note to substantiate their statements.
I have to express my disappointment with the very poor response from FedEx.
