FEDEX who is the appointed dispatch agent by Eurail Company declined to compensate the full amount to me (2 SETS EURAIL PASS I BOUGHT AT EURAIL COMPANY VIA ONLINE) and even they had admitted that the fault base was at their side. Worst of all, FEDEX were not able to provide the signed off delivery note to substantiate their statements.
I have to express my disappointment with the VERY poor response from FEDEX.
