Local channels gone after almost 7yrs! - direct tv

I have had my local channels for almost 7yrs and on the 25 of Dec they decided that I needed a totally different location for my local channels! I am highly highly pissed! I call and of course they tell me there is nothing they can do! Well I'm here to say for what I pay a month to have you you would think you would want to keep us as customers!
