Agent would not honor the quote from the website

I contacted the agent with the so-called quote. The agent just laughed. He stated that the web people had only been doing this for a year and did not know what they were doing.

There was no way he could honor the quote! He was going to look into it and call me back. Needless to say, he never did. I think these website quotes are just loss leaders or electronic "bait and snatch."
