2nd day air shipment. Shipped 12-26-08.. Still not here 1-5-09.. Status says """delivery tried to deliver to business that was not open.""" I am a residential customer"" clear streets. Open gate. Been home for 2 weeks where the hell is the service??? FedEx was here. USPS was here. UPS??? Gone to the crapper. I will never ship through them again. Calling UPS customer service is a joke as well... Seriously.
