I just cannot believe that this is legal! Their client told the police officer two different stories in two minutes, and then she lied in court. She was still found guilty in a court of law, and her insurance still would not pay!
Her insurance company did its own investigation and said they were not liable to pay! I am in the Navy and have a family. This person with a brand new car lied so her insurance would not go up. The car I was driving is my back-and-forth-to-work car!
