Oct 31 I was arrested by an officer for traffic violations while at home. When we got to court the officer could not prove his allegations and the other party that was involved did not show up because they had falsfied documents and Progressive insurance company settled with them before we went to court. Progressive Insurance company listed points on my driving records before I went to court for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and public drunkeness. November I became insured by PGAC and when I check my driving record there were points for traffic violations on it. Feburary the judge dismissed the case and gave me a letter to fax to the DMV and my insurance company declaring my innocence. When I contacted PGAC and faxed them the letter from the judge, I asked if I could get a refund because they had went up on my car insurance even before I went to court and they are still charging me extra money and they said that they would not give me a refund. They said we will take the points off of your insurance record but we will not give you a refund for the overcharges. They also stated that when I came up for renewal they would change premiums to the amount they need to be but specifically said no refund although I was not guilty of the charges.
