We have been fighting with Fairbanks and the courts for two years. They sold our house from under us, used fraudulent documents such as inaccurate monthly payments, lied about taxes that weren't paid, and used faulty stipulations.
The courts in NJ literally suck when it comes to protecting the consumer. The courts are out to protect the banks because they are either too lazy to review all the evidence, or they are a bunch of Republican stockholders. Fairbanks has had over 250,000 complaints lodged in the USA, close to 1,500 in Jersey, and was found guilty in the Massachusetts District Court on all counts. Yet the other courts refuse to recognize this. We have filed with the U.S. Supreme Court and ask every person who has been ripped off to call the Court in Washington in copious amounts, and to make complaints to Channel 4 WNBC, who is looking into this problem.
