Mortgage processing delays put house purchase bid at risk

Due to delays in processing my mortgage and extremely poor communication, failure to return calls and email, inability to read basic information in front of their noses, I'm losing my bid on a house. That means I won't be able to keep my job in this town and have to return to a town where I have NO job.
