Promised Report of Paid $200 Medical Bill Not Made After a Year

I had a $200 medical bill, I paid it to this company called Wakefield Associate, they promised me that they will report it to the credit bureau. One year later they haven't done it yet. This is unfair, harmful and unprofessional.
