Intimidating privacy guard letter, no bill and unanswered customer service calls

I became suspicious when I was not getting the billing papers on time. Then I saw a report on WTVT in Tampa when on a working trip reporting this scam. When arriving home I received an intimidating letter telling me I must reply and buy privacy guard.

I am a new mortgage bought from another company this year. I am glad I am able to prepare my self and document everything. I tried to call customer service and they never never answer.
