Fairbanks Capital intimidateing mail for privacy guards and not sending bill or responding to customer service calls

I became suspicious when i was not getting the billing papers on time. Then i saw a report on wtvt in tampa when on a working trip reporting this scam. When arriving home i recieved an intimidating letter telling me i must reply and buy privacy guard.

I am a new morgage bought from another company this year. I am glad i am able to prepare my self and document everythig. I tried to call customer servie and they never never answer.
