Forced hazard insurance and a demand to prepay taxes within 30 days

Our account was sold to this company and we have had nothing but problems. They are always trying to rip us off one way or the other.

From the start we have had to fight and argue with them about late fees. We have never been late, and no sooner did we prove that to them than they came up with forced hazard insurance.

They stated that we owe them money for insurance when in fact we bought our own insurance from a private company they provided. Again we had to prove it to them.

Then they sent us a letter stating that we didn't pay enough escrow fees and demanding that we pay this money. We again called and were treated like deadbeats. They sent us a letter stating that their computer generated an incorrect report.

It hasn't stopped there. I guess we made them angry. Now they have given us 30 days to pay all our taxes up front or they'll start foreclosure proceedings, and according to our tax assessor we have until 4/04 to pay the remaining taxes.

When you call and ask to speak to a supervisor you are treated like a deadbeat. To top it off, even the supervisors argue with you and call you a liar to your face.

Then if you ask to speak to the supervisor's supervisor, they send you to an automated system.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I am losing my house in California.
