Settlement Refused on Disputed Exxon Account, Still Resold

Would not take a settlement of any kind. Although I disputed that the account was mine and the charges made where bogus. I was willing to pay to clean up my credit but they would not take a settlement and they continue to sell my account to credit agencies.
