Sherman Acquisition Limited Partnership - Ascent Card Services Sent me a (fraudulent) "settlement offer" for an account I never had

They sent "Settlement Offer" for $71.22 (1/2 of a supposedly outstanding debt with AT&T Broadband LLC). To my knowledge I have never had an account with AT&T Broadband LLC.
