These guys are idiots! They just tried to bill me $1,059.96 for the year 2001 for hazard insurance! This is 2003!!!
They have continuously harassed me because the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
I have sent them faxes, and my insurance company has given them policy numbers; however, they have held my monthly payment hostage (then billed me late fees) until they update. They do not update and fail to be a business!!!
If I was stupid and rich and did not know better, I would probably pay them. How many innocents have been ripped off?
