I need help now, dirty A'holes Fairbanks Capital Corp, is trying to foreclose on my home. I received a letter, not Certified in the mail (Sat) Jan 11, which stated their are foreclosing on my home, because I am behind 2,553.00, which is not true, they have giving me 30 days to pay it or else we are homeless. I have tried to contact them by phone to no avail, no-one is answering the damn phone!!! I contacted a lawyer. I will not be threatened by these people, nor intimidated. They have to be stopped.
