On November 5, a check out of my checkbook was presented with my ID at BB&T at around 4:45 to teller #00149 in the amount of 2200.00. I have proof that I was at my place of business at that time. The person in the fraud department said that they have no video of the drive-through and that she is not an expert in handwriting, and since it looks like my signature and the check is in order, they will not be refunding me.
I really would like some legal advice, because that should not be my loss, it should be the bank's loss. I can provide video from my job showing that I was there at the time this took place.
