The BB&T bank in Huntington, WV charged me fees on a totally free banking account. I had $30.00 in that account, and it all went missing in a totally free account. How does $30.00 go missing in less than a week on fees?
If I can get my money back, or get the money back in the account, I would love it. The account is $207.00 overdrawn just from overdraft fees that they caused in the first place. The bank overdrafted my account and charged me fees and wants me to pay for their penalties.
This is one bill I will never pay, and if I can just get the account back to $1.00 to the good, I'll take it in a heartbeat. Any help or tips would be much appreciated. Thank you.
