I recently had some overdraft fees charged to my account that I feel were not my fault and should be refunded to me.
The Bank I bank with refuses to refund me.
I just bought a car and My Car Insurance Company was suppose to bill my account the 2nd of every month, which would of been April 2, and instead they billed me March 29. This caused an overdraft fee. Then, the phone I bought my daughter was stolen and I guess these people hacked the phone that was directed to my account and made some charges to a porn site and caused me those charges and more overdraft fees. My bank will not help me recover these overdraft fees even after the Porn site refunded my money back to me. The day I found out the phone was stolen, i deactivated it. It is no longer in use and we have no idea who has it. Its gone. Because of these charges and overdraft fee's, it cause a vicious cycle of other checks to bounce and more over draft fees which my bank will not help me recover.
