Charged $307.69 on mortgage account paid off since April 13

On May 2, Vanderbilt Mortgage Co. ripped me off for $307.69 on an account that had been paid off since April 13. I contacted the company for 8 days and am being told the check is in the mail.

I am interested to see if the escrow account balance of $321.03 will be sent.
