I too am a victim of being ripped off by Saxon Mortgage. Oh they were certainly friendly to get your business but after the loan is signed Dr. Hyde comes out. As stated their customer service representatives are arrogant, rude and obnoxious. Never can you just deal with one person.
I too missed one payment and all hell broke loose. Soon the amount I owed was doubled and each time I tried to settle the matter I talked to a different representative and was given a different amount. They returned one payment to me. I tried to resolve the problem and then they started saying I was two months over due. I sent in over $6000.00 in payments.
One day I opened the newspaper and there was our notice of foreclosure in the news, no sheriffs papers, no notice. Every time I contacted Saxon I never got a return call nor did their lawyers return my calls. All important papers were sent to our investment property not our home so I didn't receive half of the information i needed. Needless to say, I lost our property, They wouldn't even acknowledge the bid I said I could raise for the Property.
All I can say, Don't become involved with Saxon Mortgage or America Money line. They will make your life a living hell
