Took Money From My Account Without Authorization, NSF Fees Resulted

They took a second payment from my checking account, and when I called to get it back, the only way to do so is via check. Then I was lied to, being told it could be overnighted, and when I called to check, I was told it would now take 7-10 business days. This now has my bank account with NSF charges, because I had the money, but they took it, so I have charges I have to pay that I wouldn't have had to if they didn't take my money.
