I made a one-time payment of 1 pound through PayPal for a one-month Xbox Live subscription. One month in, I received an email saying they were going to charge me 5 pounds for the next month. I logged in, because I never agreed to this, and my payment section said "No payment method set up." I kept getting the email, and today the money was withdrawn from my PayPal account.
I tried to contact Microsoft Live and Xbox and got nothing. When I closed my account with Xbox Live, I received no confirmation that it was closed. These are basic requirements even for small companies, and we are talking about the biggest company on the globe, and nothing!!!
Then I checked my PayPal account and noticed that Microsoft has an auto-pay set up. How? I never accepted this!
Microsoft stinks and is old-school.
