Horrible, customer service at payment center in Plainville, CT 06062 over 80 people waited 1 hour inside the small building in Plainville, CT to pay, our bills, is was so hot outside around 95 degrees and hot inside, I thought I was going to faint, there were some elderly people that had a hard time standing, the worst service ever, they offered the customers nothing, shame on them destiny492
