Second Mortgage Address Change Denied Over Signature, No Tax Form

I have been trying to change my address with Citi Bank second mortgage for 2 years. They send me a form by mail, which I fill out and send back. I was denied because they did not like my signature! I complained on the phone. I can't receive any mail from them, including my tax form for 2013. They do not have a website. Primitive, impolite. Do not use Citi!
