Refund for 3 out-of-stock jackets offered only through PayPal

I bought 3 jackets, totaling 150 dollars. The company told me they didn't have them in stock, so I asked for a refund to my Visa because I paid by Visa. They said they can only pay me through PayPal. I don't have PayPal.
