When i did not receive the list i tried to contact PAYPAL TO STOP PAYMENT THEY TOLD ME THERE is they can do and try to email the merchant.
Got no response from the merchant. It is my opinion that PAYPAL IS BIGGEST FACILITATOR OF ONLINE FRAUD ONLINE TO DATE AS THEY HAVE NO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON MERCHANTS WHAT SO EVER.
More to the point after visiting the UK HOME OFFICE site the information that i was after was FREELY available on their site.
