Unrecognized Visa purchase made February 7 on bank statement

I checked my bank statement online on Friday, the 8th of February, and found a Visa purchase to Citibank that took place on the 7th of February. I did not recognize this company, and I know I have not made any transactions with my bank card on that date.

I would like my money refunded and the company responsible to be reported and shut down!
