Citi made a mistake on our mortgage payment, but even with solid proof from our bank statements and paperwork, will not fix the problem, which is leading to mounting late fees and a delinquency in our mortgage. We have been in our house 26 years and never missed a payment.
Since our mortgage was sold 5 years ago, we have had nothing but problems. I am speaking for hundreds of people with the same or similar problems with Citibank. I read so many horror stories on Citi's complaint list on the computer yesterday that I was in shock.
This company is setting up good people and forcing them into eventually losing their homes and life savings, plus wrecking their credit. It would not take long, if you check them out, to see what they are up to. Please help.
