Dental Plan Refused Refund of $79.96 After Denying Coverage

I went to my dentist, Dr. Brian K. Buchanan, for dental work to be done to my teeth. Upon completion of the dental work (a deep cleaning), according to Dr. Buchanan, Humana One Dental would not cover the dental fee. I was making monthly payments of $19.99 to Humana One Dental. Since Humana One Dental would not pay for the dental services, I made payment arrangements with the dentist. I requested a refund of the $79.96 that I had paid Humana One Dental. I made three requests for my refund, to no avail. I canceled my membership with this company.
