Layaway Orders Canceled After Full Payment, Refund Delayed

I opened two layaways one 11/22 and the other 11/26 for xmas for my grandchildren I paid in full on 12/20 and the next day I received emails stating that my layaways were canceled I have been waiting for the return of my monies I have called numerous time to no avail I am still waiting it has been three weeks
