I booked a hotel using Priceline. They told me the price I entered was too low that if I entered 11 more dollars I would get booked. I did the total being $50.00 for the room not great for red roof inn but not bad being downtown San Antonio. I checked my reservations at the Hotel website and saw that Priceline only paid $44.00 for the hotel. I called customer service they transferred me to customer relations and I was told I shouldn't be able to see that price because that is what priceline pays and it should not have been disclosed. So I asked if Getting extra money on the price of the room plus charging fees (fees and taxes were $15.43) was normal practice. She said yes and have a nice day. So moral is you pay their fee plus $6.00 or more on the cost of the room to go to priceline.
