$340 Taken From Mother's Fixed-Income Bank Account Without Notice

Beware of dish network. When I first signed up with dish they sent me the wrong receiver a dvr box that costed more, they also keep updating their receiver box so if you have the phone cord out the back it will go dead and not pick up any channels if it can't update its self. After 5 months of not getting the channels on the box and me not paying for it they closed my account and they took 340 cash out of my mom's bank account without asking first and she's on a fixed income. They stink and are a bunch of thieves. What's my mom going to do now that she can't pay her bills because some greedy dish network beast. All well I guess we can go without
