A good friend of mine has been going to this Petco ever since it opened two years ago. She purchased a bird, and she and the bird did not work out, so she took the bird back. She then purchased another bird, and when she went to purchase a third bird, they told her they would not sell her another bird. But to embarrass and humiliate her like that is intolerable.
I have been going there for all my cat/rat items, but no more. I have had other people tell me they are rude. They have never been rude to me, but if they had been, well, let's just say I am not one to take people's muck; I fire right back. I would like to know if others here in Watertown have gone through the same thing as my friend!
