Textbook delivered to wrong address and seller unresponsive

I have been dealing with UPS for almost a month now, over a textbook they delivered to the wrong address. My shipper will not return any of my messages, and my classes start tonight. I bought the book on e-bay, I would think my receipt should be efficient in giving me the reimbursement not the shipper.

I am a college student with no extra money to buy another book, without the reimbursement. This is ridiculous, and because of UPS' mistake, I am going to have to wait and hope the shipper gives me a refund.

Thanks UPS, I hope your reputation suffers because of this. They are a horrid company, and they do not care about their customers.
