The parrots are in awful condition, behind glass that is completely sealed. Half of them are without tails, and all of them are losing feathers, a sign of depression and neglect. They have no human interaction, and the cages are sealed with thick glass on all sides.
The staff and management are rude and unpleasant. When we asked to look at a parrot, they said, "You can only touch it if you want to buy it." They showed a price tag of $549.99 and said they cannot let you touch the birds since they cost so much: "I can't let you touch them, because if they get hurt, they cost so much."
Most important, the birds look terribly bored and unhappy.
