Still Billed After Dish and Receiver Were Picked Up

I used to have DirectTV until they updated their servers and I couldn't get their TV. This company told me they sent out a disk to install to upgrade receivers. The disk they sent me was sent to the wrong address. I suspended the service back in April. The company came and got the dish, receiver, etc., but never shut off my service. This company is still trying to charge me for services that I never had.
