Stay away from Home Warranty of America.
First, they used unlicensed people. Most of the repair people they employ work out of their homes.
Worst of all, I have been waiting nine months for a tub repair. Twelve calls later (with an average wait time of 40 minutes each), they promise each time to send someone out. They never do. I cannot tell you the level of my frustration. I am guessing they just keep you on hold until you hang up.
