My brother purchased a phone from the sales office located at 31007 Pacific Highway S. Suite C Federal Way, WA 98003 (253) 946-5596 on 6/16/2021 for $123.73 and the phone stopped working once we arrived to the East coast on the 23rd of June so we waited until we returned on the 8th of July and my brother also paid for his monthly service of $50.00 so when we got to the MetroPCS office in Federal Way, WA they stated that they would replace his phone because it was still under warranty and they also stated that it would only be about 7 business days and that date was 7/10/2021 now here we are with today's date 7/21/2021.
We have talked to numerous customer service representatives and I even escalated one call to ask for supervisor and his name was Will employee#309817 and he was rude and said that MetroPCS was not going to give my brother a dime and that it was too bad his phone is not working and to just wait until the Federal Way office would call me. I am his sister, and I am the only contact since his phone does not work.
Then the Will person hung up the phone on me and what I did from that point was contact the Attorney General in the state of Texas since MetroPCS Corporate Headquarters in Richmond Texas and I also forwarded the letter to the BBB in the state of Texas.
I also stated that I would contact Roger Lindquist, the Chairman and CEO & President for Metro PCS 2250 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson Texas 75082 and let him know that his company is taking advantage of my brother who is a senior citizen he is 65 with numerous health issues and he has to keep his phone on him 24 hours per day and they could care less I have tried many times to ask them can they give us a temporary phone to use so he has a phone and they stated no and to stop calling every day and just wait until the phone comes into the Federal Way office.
