Price hikes without notice, unreturned calls and service cut off

WM increased pricing without notice, no one returns calls and on top of that they cut off the service letting the trash overflow. They are a ripp - off compan. They will automatically roll you over into another year contract. You can't cancel the contract. You have to write them in 3 months advance, with registered mail and then you are on their mercy!!!
Don't ever use them if you can avoid.
