We never contracted for msn.net. We run Linux on our computers. I was astonished to discover monthly charges of $18.95 from February 16 through May 29, 2012, for a total of $75.80 thus far. Somehow MSN has our debit card number. The only way to cancel msn.net is to call 800-386-5550.
However, they will not cancel if you cannot give the name and email address of the person who signed up for the service. We do not know who authorized the service. MSN will not reveal who signed up for the service over the telephone. MSN will not mail us any information.
Pure fraud.
