Still Billed $173.07 Four Months After Cancelling Dial-Up Service

SBC Yahoo Dial is still charging me for services I cancelled four months ago. Today, 3/22/04, I got a bill for 173.07 with a minimum payment of 20.00. The service is supposed to be 21.95 per month. I have had cable DSL since I cancelled the Yahoo dial-up connection service 4 months ago.

SBC Yahoo Dial is the worst ISP I have ever had any experience with, and I would most definitely not recommend using this service to anyone but my closest enemies.
