Membership Charges Continued 72 Days After Cancelling

I signed up to membership on runescape to pay monthly
I got bored of it and thought I had cancelled it but it was still drawing money of my credit card 72 days later, even weirder they were drawing it out of my new card so I don't know how they did that
This thing is a rip off
